M-A's senior year is filled with fun and meaningful activities!
In the fall many seniors participate as models and dancers in the annual PTA Fashion Show. Throughout the many rehearsals and well into December, the seniors are also tending to their college applications under the guidance of Alice Kleeman, M-A's amazing college advisor.
In the spring seniors spend a memorable evening dancing the night away at the prom! The prom is held at a dazzling location in San Francisco on a night in May.
The last week of school is when the activities really gear up!
- On Monday the annual Senior Farewell is held in the evening.
- Tuesday morning, the seniors attend a picnic at Huddart Park to spend several hours having fun visiting with their friends. Student Awards Night is held in the evening. Departmental awards will be presented, scholarship recipients will be announced, and scholastic achievement will be recognized.
- On Wednesday, seniors have the option of attending the Senior Breakfast before heading over to graduation rehearsal on Coach Parks Field. In 2008 Senior Breakfast will be on June 4th from 8:30-10am in the Courtyard of the New Gym.
- The Graduation Ceremony (click here for 2008 info) is held on Coach Parks Field at 4pm on Thursday. Later that evening students gather at M-A for one last event - Grad Night, an all-night party held at a secret location and planned by senior parents!
