Junior Parent Information Night is held in the spring of every year. The 2009 date will be available soon.
The program features an information-packed 60 minutes about the senior year at M-A. Guidance counselor Karen Ramirez will review school and district graduation requirements, provide informational handouts, and end with a question and answer period. Understanding and anticipating the calendar of events will ease the stress of senior year and will help you keep your senior student on track.
The meeting also highlights PTA-sponsored events, including the Fashion Show and Grad Night celebration. It does NOT cover college applications. That subject is covered in detail at other meetings by college advisor and expert Alice Kleeman.
