The Direct Donation Campaign runs concurrently with the Membership Campaign at the beginning of the school year. But direct donations are gladly accepted all year!
To make a donation to the PTA:
- Download the membership form in English or Spanish.
- Complete the form, indicating the amount of your donation under "I CAN DO MORE! Additional donation....."
- Make your check payable to M-A PTA.
- Drop off the form and check in the school office or mail to:
