The M-A PTA funds more than $100 per student in a wide variety of areas, including essential classroom materials, supplies and equipment. With budget cuts mandated for the 2012-2013 school year, your donation to the PTA is more crucial than ever. Your tax-deductible membership fee and contribution, in any amount, are greatly appreciated.

Each M-A student receives one Organizational Planner, and each family receives one Student/Parent Directory. It costs about $15 per student to provide these helpful and informative tools. I would like to:

  • Contribute $15 to offset these printing costs
  • Order EXTRA copies of the Student/Parent Directory at $15 each
    (This will be sent to the shipping address you specify at checkout.)

Your contribution may be deductible as it is a donation to a 501(c)(3) organization. Please save a copy of your PayPal receipt as your documentation.
