Communications: Directory

The M-A Directory is a valuable resource for both students and parents. During the fall the M-A PTA publishes one directory for each registered student. Additional directories can be purchased for $10.00.

The Directory includes the following information:

  • Contact information for M-A staff, students, and PTA and Foundation for the Future board members
  • Contact information for faculty members, organized by department
  • A two-page calendar, current at the time of publication
  • Bell schedule (also found on the M-A school web site)
  • Attendance policy

The contact information that is listed for your child is taken from school files unless you request that other information be used. Requests to list other contact information or to have your child excluded from the Directory can only be made at the beginning of the school year.

To request a change in your child's contact information, to order an additional directory, or to make a contribution to the PTA to cover the costs of publication, please download the M-A Directory Order Form in English or Spanish. Deadline for submitting contact information changes or ordering and additional directory is September 15.
